When purchasing via the Internet, the buyer - consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in this way without stating the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services. Within this period, the buyer has the right to unpack and test the goods in a similar way as usual when shopping in a classic "stone" shop.
However, testing does not mean starting to use the product and then returning it.

Send the product back in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, including accessories such as warranty card, user manual and more.
Adequate care of the goods must be maintained. It is essential that the following is sent together with the goods within the specified period:

• Form for withdrawing from the contract indicating the identification of the goods: serial number, delivery note number.
• Original proof of purchase or its copy

Withdrawal from the contract cannot be made even through electronic communication.


The buyer cannot withdraw from the contract, the subject of which are:

• provision of the service, if the service began to be performed with the consent of the consumer before the expiry of the period for withdrawing from the contract
• sale of goods made according to the special requirements of the consumer or goods intended specifically for one consumer, or goods which, due to their characteristics, cannot be returned sale of an audiovisual work, audio recording or audio-visual recording
• artistic performance or multimedia work that the consumer has unpacked, or computer program if it has been installed

In the event that the buyer withdraws from the contract and delivers the goods to the seller that are used, damaged or incomplete, the seller will return to the buyer the already paid purchase price for the goods with the value of its wear in the amount of 1% of the total price of the goods for each day of use of the goods and the value repairs and restoration of goods to their original state. In the case of installing the operating system on a PC or laptop, the amount for restoring it to its original state is approximately €40. Funds will be returned to the buyer in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law within 15 days by bank transfer to the account specified by him.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
